Are appointments Required?

We do require appointments, as we always want to make sure someone is available to assist you. Appointments can be made online or you can give us a call.

What is the price point for your dresses?

Our current/active inventory ranges from $1,000 - $4,600, with a majority of our dresses being in between $1,500 - $2,500.
We also have two large sample sale sections. One being $900 - $1,500 and the other is all $800 and below.

What sizes do you carry?

The samples we have available in store to try on range from size 2 - size 28.

What should I bring to my appointment?

Underwear is required for trying on dresses, bras are optional as all of our stock dresses do have bust cups in them. We have you remove your shoes in our store, so we recommend bringing a pair of socks or even slippers.

How long does it take for dresses to come in?

Bridal gowns take about 6-7 months to arrive.
Mother's gowns take about 5 months to arrive.

Do I have to pay in full when I order?

Full payment is preferred at the time of purchase. However, we understand it is a large purchase, so if you are unable to pay in full we are happy to work with you.

How many people can I bring with to my appointment?

On Saturday the maximum number of guests is 7-8. On weekdays we can be a little more flexible.
Please select the number of people you are bringing when you schedule your appointment.

Can I bring champagne?

At this time we are not able to serve alcohol or have it brought into the store. We do other little things to celebrate your special event of saying yes to the dress!

Is there a fee if I cancel my appointment?

There is no fee to schedule or cancel an appointment. Please let us know as soon as you know that you won't be able to make it to your appointment.

What is your return/exchange policy?

We are a final sale store, there are no returns, exchanges or cancelling your order after purchase.

Do I put the dresses on myself?

You will have a consultant working with you who will assist with dressing, in order to keep the dresses in the best possible condition. It also helps dressing go quicker and easier!

Do you do alterations?

We do not have alterations in house, however when you purchase your dress we will provide a list of our recommended seamstresses throughout the Twin Cities.

Can dresses be purchased off the rack?

Yes, all of our dresses can be purchased off the rack!
